We love this home, but we would like to possibly do some traveling abroad upon the graduation of our daughter who is in High School. We would consider selling now as long as we could lease the property back until graduation. She is half-way through her sophomore year, so this would leave roughly 30 months to lease back. I am willing to take a second on the house if it makes sense and to help close a mortgage due to the tight guidelines that rule our current market.
